Refund and Cancellation Policy

OsmO is operated by Mountainheads Private Limited ("we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN: U47912KA2025PTC207841). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for everything we sell.

1. OsmO app subscriptions

OsmO app subscriptions are bought inside the app and billed by Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android), not by us. Apple and Google process any refund under their own policies:

• iPhone: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (how it works).
• Android: request a refund through Google Play (Google Play refund policy).

Cancelling. Cancel in your store account. On iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > OsmO > Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play Store > your profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > OsmO > Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. IVR Maps

Searching and viewing IVR maps on getosmo.app/ivr is free. Mapping a new phone number costs $2 per number, one-time. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. Payment is taken on getosmo.app by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record.

You get a full refund if:

• we cannot produce a map for the number you paid for (for example, the number never answers, or our crawl fails); or
• you were charged more than once for the same map.

No refund once a map has been produced. A map is delivered instantly and published, so it cannot be returned.

3. How to request a refund

For IVR Maps, email [email protected] within 14 days of payment. Include the phone number you paid to map and the email address you used to pay. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
