Welcome to OsmO. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

These terms are between you and Mountainheads Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN: U47912KA2025PTC207841), operating the OsmO service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OsmO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OsmO is an intelligent call and spam filtering service that helps you manage unwanted calls. The Service uses AI technology to identify and filter spam, scam, and junk calls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using OsmO, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

OsmO offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features including AI call screening, outbound AI calls, call transcripts, call filtering, smart call routing, and call recordings.

Free Trial

OsmO may offer a free trial or introductory offer to eligible subscribers. If the offer converts to a paid subscription, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. The duration, price, and renewal terms shown in your App Store or Google Play purchase screen are authoritative.

Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) upon confirmation of purchase or when an applicable free trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis at the then-current subscription price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

• iOS: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > OsmO. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Android: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store > Subscriptions > OsmO. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) in accordance with their respective refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their support channels. Mountainheads Private Limited does not process refunds directly for in-app purchases.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mountainheads Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OsmO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
