SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

This page explains the OsmO text-message (SMS) program operated by Mountainheads Private Limited ("OsmO", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN: U47912KA2025PTC207841), which operates the OsmO AI call-assistant service.
What messages we send
OsmO is an AI phone assistant that screens incoming calls for small businesses. When a caller asks to book an appointment during a call, our assistant offers to text that caller a link to the business's online booking page. If the caller agrees, we send them a single text message containing the booking link. These are transactional, one-to-one messages sent in response to the caller's request — one message per booking request. We do not send recurring campaigns, marketing, or bulk messages through this program.
How consent is collected (opt-in)
Consent is collected verbally, during the phone call, immediately before any message is sent. Our AI assistant asks the caller for explicit permission to text the booking link, and only sends the message after the caller agrees. The assistant says, in substance:
"I can text you a one-time booking link from OsmO so you can pick a time — you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is it okay to text you?"
A message is sent only if the caller answers yes. Each consent is recorded in our call records with a timestamp and the caller's phone number, and is available on request.
Sample conversation
A typical call where consent is collected and a booking link is sent:
Caller: Do you have any openings this week?
OsmO assistant: I can text you a one-time booking link from OsmO so you can pick a time — you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is it okay to text you?
Caller: Yes, that works.
OsmO assistant: Great — I'm sending it to the number you're calling from now.
Text message sent: Hi! Here's the link to book an appointment with {business name}: {booking link} — via OsmO AI. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is event-driven — you only receive a message if you ask a business's OsmO assistant to text you a booking link. Typically this is a single message per request.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OsmO does not charge you for these messages.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive no further texts from this program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
Privacy
