Skip the menu: let OsmO call Chase for you

OsmO is an AI phone assistant app. Tell it what you need and it makes the call: it listens to the Chase menu, presses the keys, waits on hold, and rings you the moment a person picks up.

Chase customer service FAQ

What is Chase’s customer service number?

1-800-935-9935. We took it from chase.com and called it ourselves on Oct 28, 2026.

What are Chase’s customer service hours?

Chase does not list phone hours on its customer service page. We reached the specialist line on a weekday morning (Wednesday, Oct 28, 2026, about 8:30am Eastern).

Is there a Chase number that’s open 24/7?

Chase does not say on chase.com. The automated menu answered every time we called on a weekday morning. For a lost or stolen card, the same number has a lost card option (press 1, then 8).

How do I skip the automated menu?

Call 1-800-935-9935, then press 1, then wait about 40 s, then press 8, then press 2, then wait about 45 s, then press 0. That reached the queue for a person in our test.

How long is the wait to talk to someone?

About 3 min until “connecting you with a specialist” in our test on Oct 28, 2026. We did not stay on hold after that, so the hold time for a person is not measured.

How hard is the Chase phone menu?

We rate it 82/100 (Hard). It took 6 steps to reach a person, across 7 menus with 15 options. Our score adds 10 for every key or spoken step on the way, 10 for every forced wait, 5 per minute until a person and 1 for every menu.

Can someone call Chase for me?

Yes. OsmO, an AI phone assistant app, can call Chase, press the keys and wait on hold for you.

Do I need my account number to talk to someone at Chase?

The menu asks for it several times, but in our test you could reach a specialist without typing it: press 1, wait, press 8, then 2, wait, then press 0. Have your card or account number ready, because the specialist will need to confirm who you are.

Why does the Chase menu ask for my Social Security number?

It is the first way Chase offers to identify you. You can skip it by pressing 1 to use a card or account number instead. Never give your Social Security number to anyone who calls you claiming to be Chase.

OsmO is not affiliated with Chase. The number comes from Chase’s own website. Menus change; ours was tested on Oct 28, 2026.
