How does OsmO screen my calls?
Your phone normally rings before OsmO answers an unanswered call. If you enable direct routing for unknown calls, they can go straight to OsmO. The assistant asks who is calling and why, then handles the call using your instructions.
Will I miss important calls?
Screening cannot guarantee that every important call gets through. Set your call-handling preferences, test with a legitimate unknown caller, and check messages and summaries regularly.
Does OsmO work with my carrier?
OsmO currently supports the USA, India and Canada. It uses forwarding on your existing number; compatibility and charges depend on your carrier and plan. Follow the in-app setup and test with another phone.
What languages does OsmO speak?
OsmO speaks English and Spanish today, with French and German coming soon — so it can answer and make calls in the language you and your callers prefer.
Is my data secure?
Calls are encrypted in transit and you control what's stored. You can review, export, or delete your transcripts and recordings at any time.
